Incorporating psychology into teaching techniques can significantly enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Encouraging positive self-talk helps students develop resilience and a growth mindset. Teachers can model this by using affirming language during challenging tasks, which enables students to view difficulties as opportunities for growth rather than insurmountable obstacles. The length of the lesson can be 1 hour. I graduated from the University of Malaysia Sabah, A Bachelor of Psychology with Honors. I can teach primary and secondary school students.
