About Vithiya
At the start of each class, I ask the student how they're feeling, like if they're tired or excited about something going on in their life. This helps me better prepare for any distractions or a slow lesson, and I think this also lets them know that I care about their well-being and not just that they're at the lesson. I find that starting with this positivity helps both of us focus on the good, which often makes for a more productive session.
Then I go over agenda for the session so that they know what to expect. I also typically give them a brief quiz to go over the previous sessions' topics and see what they remember and or where they may need additional work. After the review, I try to connect how those previous topics relate to what we're going over in the current session. I go through the lesson, which typically involves the student reading material aloud and discussing the prompts with me. Finally, I leave at least five minutes at the end of the session for any additional questions about the material.

Experienced Tutor with a passion for helping students achieve academic success through personalized learning plans. On a daily basis, I have given the opportunity to learn the best strategies and implement them in my online classes. This makes students able to achieve their greatest in class and test. The class hour will be 1-2 hours per day. The class time will be on evening or night time which give space for students to fulfill their classroom activities. I'm qualified with Master in Material Engineering from University Science Malaysia. I have been as part time tutor for past 2 years with full time as an Engineer in well known company. I have experience in teaching students from age 11-17 years old.
