About Kaymon
In our Athletic Performance program we live by the 4 Cs that helps athletes achieve their goals.

Conditioning: The process of training or accustoming a person to behave in a certain way or to accept certain circumstances that comes with their commitment. While playing college football, I became a Youth Development Specialist at C4 Sports Performance and started training adults also.

Make sure they have more than football to offer. For example, I was an AllState Good Works Team memebr with Tim Tebow, Colt McCoy, Caylin Moore and other great leaders. You're placed on the team by being great on the field, in the classroom and also in the community.
So I not only bring expertise and success on the field but in other aspects of life.
So my first coaching Texas High School football, my head coach allowed me to run drills by myself to evaluate me and he was really impressed with how I took the time to actually teach and coach the athletes each rep.
He gave me great feedback and said I have a great coaching career ahead of me and I was special. Which made me feel great about myself.
