About Joel
At JC SPORTS our focus is on the improvement of the current skill sets of the individual, as well as working on the mental aspects of the game.
I have 13 years of coaching experience coaching youth football and baseball (ages 7-14). 6 CFSA Super Bowl Championships. Over 10 USSSA Championships.
Making the game FUN is a priority while training! No one makes the next level unless they enjoy the process and the game!
My favorite part of youth coaching is the ability to teach the fundamentals of game in RIGHT way, and making it enjoyable for the player.
My son and group of very talented players needed a coach in youth football, so I took the leep. Little did I know that I would enjoy helping these athletes improve not just in sport, but character, accountability, selflessness, and commitment to team.

Ask questions, determine goals, and evaluate each player. We use this information to tailor a program and/or session specific to the athletes improvement.
I try to focus on youth players. Most of my former players have gone on to excel in MS and HS, not only athletically, but academically as well.
If you give 100%, you will not fail. If you make a mistake, exercise good body language, learn, and move forward. Be a Great TEAM Player.
