About Serena
Base Urbano, or "BU" was created to strengthen self esteem, confidence, and self love in all who take our classes. Our slogan is "Be You" and we help our students become the very best versions of themselves whatever that goal may be. "BU" started in San Jose, Ca where there are monthly workshops and classes taught each month. I love helping people. I love to see the progress firsthand, and I get so excited when my clients tell me their success with me and how others comment about how confident they have become or how great they look. :)
I was a certified class instructor/PT at an all women's fitness center in San Jose, Ca called IMC Women's Fitness Center from 2011 to 2016 I am now in the midst of studying for the NASM exam. My exam date is January 28th. I'm pretty familiar with all the material so I'm very confident.

I do an interview style meeting and get some background info on their lifestyle, if they're taking any medications or if they have any physical limitations. I also perform the NASM overhead squat assessment so I can physically take account for any misalignment that could cause an injury if not properly trained.

Details
I do, but I can work with the company's standard pricing. When i train on my own i have packages, that start with $50 per session if they want to do a "pay as I go" option or they choose a 6, 8 or 10 week program and renew as necessary. The more sessions they do the cheaper it is for them.
