About Ryan
Welcome to HIT Results Fitness! We are a unique, by-appointment fitness facility that offers high quality, time saving workouts with a personalized and engaging client experience. Discover the wealth of benefits strength training has to offer – from weight loss and improved appearance, to enhanced sports performance and disease and injury prevention. We offer 1-on-1 and small group personal strength training sessions, and 1-on-1 cardio workouts.
My passion is helping people reach their goals and I/HIT Results Fitrness can help meet the needs of everyone regardless of your goals, age or experience. HIT Results Fitness has been in business for over 5 years and I/Ryan have over eleven years of professional experience as a personal trainer, manager and coach. Before opening HIT Results Fitness in 2013, I worked as General Manager and Trainer at a similar strength training facility.
I received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a Minor in Coaching from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He is both an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSA) Certified Personal Trainer and an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer
Ryan has over nine years of professional experience as a personal trainer, manager and coach. Before opening HIT Results Fitness in 2013, he worked as General Manager and Trainer at a similar strength training facility.
