About Aniruddha

I am confident that I bring unique skills to teach international students and also international businesspersons. I am a graduate of London School of Economics and have an MBA from University of Auckland, New Zealand.

I am someone who has lived all over the world - UK (9 years) Japan (8 years), Singapore (5 years), Oman (3 years), New Zeland (3 years), Barbados (2 years), USA (10 years). I have managed USD 200 million business and startups. I have managed an organixzation with 3000 staff.

Having lived in so many countries I understand how to overcome cultural barriers. I also understand how business is done globally.

I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to your personal growth.

Its very satisfying to see the progress that people make and the imact of one's contribution. I find that I learn as much from my students as they learn from me.

About the lesson

I have a three stage process:

1. Do a needs analysis to understand the student's current situation and goal.

2. Mutually create a plan of action.

3. Assist the student in executing the plan of action.

My focus is on facilitating learning, rather than lecturing a student. I will monitor, direct and assist the student in this process.
