It's very important that I gain a student's trust and will usually begin the process with an initial call to break the ice and understand the areas in the student's academic and general knowledge pursuit that need the most improvement. We then move forward by selecting appropriate reading material and compiling writing exercises, drafting both on a timeframe to track development.
