About Robin
I know the damage Covid has done, I was personally supporting 5 different grades everyday. I was trying to close the gap between those who naturally do well and those who were hurt by Covid for whichever reason. I am know it's not just about the student, but the parent(s) as well. I have never had one student nor do well after introducing myself and how I help. I improvise learning based on their insterests. It's makes a world of difference.
I went to college to be a Math teacher and am asked all the time why? I always did well scholastically, but math it came so easy to me. I understand algorithms and formulas like lyrics to a song. When I see a child struggling I see how the school is teaching it, and tweak it so it makes sense to them. So on every test or quiz to come they'll be able to show their work and get it right. Teachers should always diversify their techniques no classroom has one brain. I enjoy when I make a breakthrough and see a child at ease finally, becuase they get what ever "it" may be.
