About Alana
I am a Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology. I currently have a Masters in Education in Counseling Psychology and am completing my doctorate. An important part of the Counseling Psychology profession, and therefore my training, has been in career counseling. I utilize counseling techniques such as motivational interviewing to encourage and empower students, while targeting their needs so they can improve in areas in which they are struggling.
B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University; MS.Ed from Fordham University Graduate Schol of Education and currently a Ph.D. student in Counseling Psychology
