Meet up to discuss problem areas or specific goals for individual students either online or in person. Look for creative solutions to address them. The best way is to cater to individual interests in curriculum.
I have worked with people with learning disabilities, some learning English as a second language, and college students.
You get what you pay for. I have seen people advertise on other platforms for very cheap and none of them are individually focused, nor are they typically experienced in the actual field. That just wastes your time and your money.
