I thoroughly enjoyed taking a class with Tony. He is patient and insightful about methods and content, as well as encouraging and and confident in instruction. He takes the time to guide his students without stifling our creativity, while teaching us the fundamentals. His humor and friendly disposition make for a thoroughly enjoyable creative experience! Anthony is a gifted artist who has a brilliant way of teaching by example. He explains what he is doing as he demonstrates on his own painting, which makes things so much easier to understand. In classes, he moves about, encouraging the students and answering individual questions, and will often go back to his own painting to demonstrate his answers. Anthony's wit, patience, artistic perspective and down-to-earth teaching style make the learning process easier, and happy giggles and laughter can always be heard in his classes. I am just a beginning painter, but I have learned so much from the handful of classes I have attended with this talented man! I highly recommend him as an art teacher!
