About Richard
Particulal experience motivating and guiding students of all levels to achieve significant improvement in attaining their goals. I have a particular interest in coaching senior high school students in preparing their portfolios for university level art school applications.
I have the ability and experience to teach students how to sharpen their observation, technical and expressive skills that takes their work to another level.
I am a classically trained artist that chooses to paint abstractly - My work is recognized regionally, nationally and Internationally and represented in major museum permanent collections.

Richard Malinsky is an American lyrical abstract painter whose work is recognized regionally, nationally and internationally. He has garnered awards from numerous adjudicated museum exhibitions and art associations and is represented in public and private collections in the US and Europe. He is the Arts Editor for The Woven Tale Press.
Graduate BFA in painting from Hartford Art School of the University of Harrford, CT 5 year program. One year fellowship at Pennsylvania Acade of Fine Art, Philadelphia, PA
