About Kathy
35 years experience teaching art to children and adults in the Holland area. 15 years experience in Holland Public schools and 20 years teaching adult classes and private tutoring.
I love seeing my students become excited and grow in their artistic talents.
I started teaching as an adult education teacher for twenty years in Holland, West Ottawa and Hamilton communities. I spent the last 18 years teaching art in Holland Public Schools. I have been teaching adults again through online courses for the past year.

My classes begin with the basics. Once I know the students' skill level the classes are then based on their level. Classes are individualized for each level of learning. Whether the student is a beginner to art or just wanting to get into learning I have the class for you. I offer online classes during the pandemic.

Perfect! I've hired Kathy Kingsley from Holland , MI as a drawing teacher. I have been with her several months and am amazed at her depth of knowledge as well as her ability to meet each student where she is at. Kathy has 30 years of experience as a teacher and an artist and it is obvious when working with her.
