About Eva
I am currently an adjunct teacher at Northampton Community College, the co director of Soft Machine Gallery and recently guest curated an exhibit at Lafayette College. I have taught in public and private schools as well and teach private and group lessons at the gallery. I enjoy helping people tap into their creative selves, helping their ideas to pop and blossom. I try to provide skills for enabling these ideas to come to life.
I
I have a BFA in Drawing/Painting and a Digital Design Certificate from Moore College of Art. I have been working in the Arts for many years.

I will try to understand what interests you/your child most about Art so I can create lessons that pertain to your interests. If you are unsure of specific things you/they want to learn, we will work with a variety of mediums and styles. We can do lessons in pencil, colored pencil, markers, charcoal, pastel, oil pastel, acrylic painting, 3 dimensional art with cardboard, paper mache, etc.
I often create lessons through the lens of Art History so a variety of Art styles will be introduced.
I have taught pre school through middle school/high school.
Walking to the river with my son, collecting objects (rocks, stocks, broken pottery), watching the ducks and geese, shadows and more. A plastic bag was caught on a metal rod in the ground. It looked like a beautiful flag waving in the breeze. These moments give me inspiration.

very great space to show and/or see art or any type of event.
Great gallery space in the Lehigh Valley. When I walked in for the first time to drop off artwork, I was instantly reminded of a gallery in Chelsea with the high ceilings and exposed support beams that remain intact from the space’s previous life. John is super friendly and easy to talk to. A wonderful addition to the Allentown art community.
Great venue for local music and always interesting artists on display. An asset to the Lehigh Valley.
The work is heartfelt and rings true!
