I decided to make it my mission to provide an effective alternative to all the mediocre “scratch instruction” that’s left so many DJ’s completely stuck. I’ve helped DJ’s just like you to achieve the level of scratching they’ve always wanted and beyond.
It’s not enough to watch and mimic scratch technique videos. If you really want to learn how to scratch successfully, you need to learn about all the problems you’ll personally encounter and how to conquer your scratch problems.
You also want all the scratch techniques you know to form effective scratch patterns that are fully integrated together in smoothly flowing, emotionally powerful scratch freestyles.
Whether you’re fully showcasing your scratch skills, or scratching during your DJ sets, you want to make sure your audience really enjoys what you’re doing. Experience the real power of effective scratch training online.

I personally found learning and advancing my scratching to be very difficult. It took me many, many years to achieve the level of scratching that I have (I've been scratching since 1997). What I love most about training my scratch students, is helping them to achieve higher and higher levels of scratching, much faster than I ever dreamed possible when I was learning on my own. It's extremely satisfying every time my students improve. Their success is very fulfilling to me.
I decided to make it my mission to help DJ's learn and advance their scratching more quickly and easily. Scratching can be very challenging, but it's much less challenging when you have a qualified mentor training you with proven strategies that get results.
I am a graduate of the Music Careers Mentoring Program and am currently enrolled in a Music Teaching Mentoring Program to further my teaching, coaching and training abilities.
I've also completed a Mental Toughness Program. Scratching is not just a physical skill. It's also mental and it's important to learn what it takes to succeed psychologically. Without that piece, scratch mastery is more difficult to achieve. I pass this knowledge on to my students and it helps them get past performance problems.

I evaluate your skills and ask you in-depth questions to determine your challenges and goals with scratching/djing. From there I will give you initial advice to help you improve your scratch skills right away. You will learn what you need to learn to overcome your problems and achieve your goals from day 1 onward.

Don't hire a teacher, or join a DJ school just because their famous, or popular. Most scratch instruction is mediocre at best. They won't teach you how to do anything, but try to copy their scratch techniques and they aren't articulate enough to explain how to actually do that.
You need an instructor that will help you do more than learn scratch techniques. You want an instructor that will help you to use your scratching effectively in actual musical situations, like scratching in a mix, or freestyle scratching.
You also need someone who has strong attention to detail, can explain every last detail necessary, personal to your challenges and goals (because every DJ is different) in an easy to understand way. This will help you to implement the instruction being given. Furthermore, that instruction needs to consist of effective, proven strategies that get results time and time again.
