Tiffany is fantastic! She is a wonderful teacher and the yoga meets therapy is exactly what I needed in my life. I have learned more about my mind, body, and heart in one month than I could even imagine. Tiffany was supportive throughout the entire process and is knowledgeable in many subjects.

Tiffany is an incredibly thoughtful and thorough teacher. Her instructional videos are detailed and present perfect visuals along with appropriate explanations. During the consultation, she thoughtfully considered my goals, was cognizant of limitations, and was very encouraging. She gave me not one but two challenging plans, both in which are helping me to get stronger and more flexible as a dancer. During our weekly touch points, she listened, made observations, and was able to appropriately adjust my program to meet with any issues. And above all, she was encouraging the whole way through. It is obvious that she cares about her students and their progress. She is quick to celebrate the victories and realistic when things need to push a little more. Being a part of the program has been a wonderful experience, and I wholeheartedly attribute that to Tiffany and her excellent training! I would very highly recommend her to anyone.

Tiffany Sucks!!! Jk jk! :D I have been taking yoga for years and crosffitting and acroing and dancing for a long time. I struggled with flexibility my whole life despite being an active athlete. I had never worked with someone as consistently as a I have with Tiff and let me tell you after 2 months I am seeing dramatic differences in my body. I couldn't invert because my shoulders were so tight and now I can hold a handstand again! She's knowledgeable, engaging, approachable and supportive. I am so grateful to know her and learn from her. I recommend her 100% especially for guys who don't feel confident in their flexibility. She works with you where you're at!
