About Jane
Seeing the light come on in a student's eyes when they finally realize that they "get it" that they can do it, that they will always be able to communicate and command attention through writing.

From elementary to high school to recently graduated from college.
Try to find someone who communicates effectively. My collegues in Research and Consumer Insights sometimes fall in love with the sounds of their own voices and use lofty language that's inappropriate and hard to decipher. That is not going to help a student understand the subject.
I thought it was awesome when the first manned Space X launch took place. Ohhh, you mean academic event? My student and I discovered free trivia quizzes online for History and Geography and played them all afternoon.

My son has an IEP with LAUSD and the transition to virtual learning was very challenging for him in the 5th grade. Build A Bridge Tutoring helped my son comprehend and complete reading and writing assignments, and he looked forward to every Zoom tutoring session.
