I have lived in Bolivia, Perú and Brazil, places who stand out for their unique flavors and food diversity. I learned from mom's and people committed with the transmission of their culture over the commercial purposes.
We specialized in seafood and some desserts which have been carefully chosen as the best recipes in each country. No matter if you want to learn to prepare a delicious Ceviche or a yummy Peixe na telha we are sure you'll surprise all your friends and family.

We have a range of recipes and we let the students to decide which ones they want to learn. We also give them information about the importance of the products and the history of each dish. Students not only learn to prepare food but also have a cultural experience.
They should take care about ingredients and recipes, since Latin American food has become so popular. Most of the classes offered are a mix of original recipes and variations that don't reflect the real flavors of Latin food.

I give my experience a 5 star. Vanessa was so friendly and thoughtful. The recipe we had the chance to cook and taste was a Peruvian dish named “ceviche”. The seasoning was perfect, well-balanced. The taste was similar to the one I had to a Peruvian restaurant in DC.
