About Padua
Hello and thanks for your interest in being a SugaChef student! I offer over 30 years of professional experience in the culinary industry, specializing in Baking and Pastry. I’ve appeared in 4 Food Network/Cooking Channel shows. I appear frequently on local tv and radio shows discussing baking of course! My ultimate goal is to help my students to fuel their passion for baking and to explore new recipes and techniques. I look forward to seeing you in class!
What I enjoy most about the work that I do is learning something new and being creative! I love the creative process and of course the execution!
I'm a culinary school graduate with 30 plus years of professional baking experience. I've worked at some of the top restaurants in the DC metropolitan area. I'm also the pastry chef of the leading catering company in the area.
