About Adina
It doesn't take effort to fall in love with cooking especially when that happens to be in Italy! I trained at Pandolfini Culinary college in Florence, Italy and soon discovered that the real fun was in teaching others to create the amazing dishes I could. I firmly believe cooking is about nourishing ourselves and others! If you are looking for fast food, I can teach you to do things quickly but not with short cuts. We will open very few boxes or cans, if ever. Im passionate about eating well, taking your time, choosing good ingredients and unusual ones too, teaching about fermentation, everything from the planning of a meal to its service! Most of all, its its about having a GOOD time! I've spent many hours in stressful kitchens and it began to kill my joy for cooking. So these classes are about DE-STRESSING! Come along and cook with me!!!
