About Maryann
You can view me making struffoli on the recipe hunters.com we cook Italian healthy farm to table all traditions ! I have 150 cookbooks and study inflammation and history of cuisine promoting healthy eating ! As an Italian American raised on a budget this is easier and healthier than you think ! Just saw a young woman spend $62 on salmon ! I bought produce legumes all healthy items for less and will have many healhy meals for my family ! It’s my passion but I’m also a tax accountant professor and Mother of a physician so I understand how important healthy eating to maximize energy and optimum health and to keep medical costs down !! My husband who i put through medical school is a rheumatologist so I understand inflammation in the body and have studied the diet necessary! It all revolves around teaching foods and cooking with everyone’s dietary restrictions!! I’ve done this for years !!
