About Rodney
About two years ago I started teaching clients simple cooking techniques and identified some areas they wanted to improve on.
I have graduated from culinary school and have experience working in kitchens from sports bars, wine bars and fine dining restaurants.

My process is developing a lesson plan that will meet the needs of the student. Try and find out what they are having trouble with when it comes to cooking and find out if they want to improve on something they already know how to do.
I have worked with both kids and adults. I have also worked with H.S. students as well.
Don't be intemedated, ask questions and learn as much as you can. Cooking is fun.
I cooked for a family of three. I took them through the steps of making their meal and interacted with them throughout the cooking process.
