About Staci
I am a holistic Nutritionist and Healthy Chef teaching classes for a purpose! Learn to cook specifically for your needs and ailments. I teach auto-immune protocol, Paleo, Vegetarian, Lectin free, gluten free, and traditional classes.
I get to change lives! Teaching a client with an auto immune disease how to eat for a purpose can be literally life changing. I know from experience! I have Hashimotos.
I have a bachelors in Holistic Nutrition and attended the culinary business academy. I have worked for 15 years as a private chef. I grew up working in my Families 18 Italian Restauraunts.
