My life with food is where passion meets experience.
I believe food has a life, and its goal is to be a satisfying meal. It's up to you make sure it fulfills it's purpose.
Helping! I believe we are here to serve. The skill I have is really passion and talent combined. Our fondest memories are often related to food. Allow me to help you create some new memories.
While I have not taken any courses directly related to this art, I learn from watching and eating. When I watch and eat my mind is automatically thinking of what would make this taste even better.

I really on have one word to say about Norman's food. Nuance! He knows that ingredient/idea to bring the best taste out food.
I want to start this by admitting that Norman is my brother. Norman got his passion and skill from our mother. He received the gene from her a birth and it developed as he grew older. He is the middle child and my mother knew to leave the responsibility to prepare meals to him while she worked second shift as a nurse. Since her passing it is him that host holiday dinners. He also participates in charity cooking events (Philly Men R Cooking, Real Men Cook, etc.) Allowing him to teach you would be a GREAT choice.
There has never been a time when N. C. Jones wasn't there for me, he has answered questions, given me ideas, or guided me through a cooking challenge. His answers and guidance have been spot on, I never been disappointed!
Norman's professionalism along with his expertise is the reason why I have relied on him for twenty years to be my "food guy"
