About Sandy
I have traveled to 43 counteries and healed myself with food. I believe in connecting with the food we eat. Taking time to prepare it, infusing love into it. Food becomes our body so its important that what we eat aligns with our weallness goals. What I teach is more than cooking, its passion, connection, love, excitiment, and celebration of food and you!
I love getting my students excited about food. Creating a fun space for them to learn, make mistakes, use their intuition.
