Suzi taught a parents and children together cooking class for our after school program. I liked that she was able to talk about cost saving, and faster recipes that were still focused on health. She kept the kids busy and they had a good time.

I got my girlfriend a cooking class as a date night. It was fun working on something together, and we got to learn about arranging the food, and we had a romantic meal just the two of us after. We’ve made some things from the class since then, pretty useful.

We fit a good amount of stuff into a 2 hour class, I was so surprised! Making seitan from scratch was such a great way to spend an afternoon. Suzi hung around to show us some good ways to cook the seitan we made. Can’t wait to take her next class.

Chef Suzi is fun and engaging. You’ll be entertained, and able to really get out of the class what you want. When I took the class, my friend was least interested in advanced techniques so she just followed along but I asked for more direction so I could practice fruit roses and more decorative elements to my baking. Suzi sat with me and made sure I ended up with the dessert of my dreams. They were delicious too!
