I didn't know ANYTHING about cooking. I was constantly eating out or eating at work. Katy showed me how simple (and affordable) it was to make amazing meals. On top of learned how easy it was to make a mouthwatering steak, baked potato and the best greens beans I've ever had, I learned how to make a homemade red sauce that was out of this world! We used it for chicken parmesan.

Katy's knowledge of food was incredible too. I had no idea how important certain foods were to have. She knew what foods had what vitamins, whether or not it had probiotics and what all of these things did for your body. I learned so much from her and on top of cooking she also taught me how to bake. I can't thank her enough
