About Mariela
Chef Mariela graduated with a Marketing Degree from Iona College and worked in Banking for 7 years prior to transitioning to her second career and passion within the Culinary Arts. Chef Mariela is a native of Argentina and has Italian, Greek and Spanish descent. She relies on her ethnic background to create dishes that are unique and incorporate seasonal ingredients. Chef Mariela is also one of the Lead Chefs for top event caterers in NYC, Creative Edge and Olivier Cheng. She is one of the Lead Chef Instructors for Zwilling Cooking Studio in Pleasantville, NY.
