About Mimi (Selam)
I am very passionate about cooking in general. I find cooking very relaxing and curative beyond it's culinary advantages. I have a wide experience in sharing my skills in cooking. I have many years of experience teaching in 16 Communty education cooking Classes around the Twin Cities and Wisconsin , Online classes globally , Mall of America, The Good acre, Co-Op Food Markets, Private in home classes (With groups of 5 or more people), Outdoor summer classes, Airbnb Cooking classes, Kids summer Camps and many more.
I teach Ethiopian, Eritrean, Mediteranian, Italian, Louisiana Creole or southern recipes, easy eggrolls and Samosas with delicious flavors and mouthwatering dipping sauces. The lists are endless as I add new Classes each time.

I love sharing my knowledge with my participants and seeing their happy faces while learning and enjoying the classes, at the end showing off their final products puts a smile on my participants face as well as mine. .
