Over 20 years in the fine dining and upscale catering realm and a Certified Chef, helping you realize your potential to cook many dishes from basic to fancy, to comfort to healthy and have a genuine appreciation for all the cultures of the world surrounding food is my gift to you.
Being exposed to so many avenues in this field and being allowed to express it through flavors is something that has to be shared. Writing recipes for contests and winning them just one one example of the extraordinary ways this field is so rewarding!
I will be side by side with you and I encourage questions! If I don't know the answer, don't worry I LOVE to research and we will have that answer!
Students can also learn everything from kitchen safety to baking techniques to table setting.
The best part is unlocking people's minds and seeing them over joyed about their creation that they will share with others!
