Hey!
I’m Coach Hawi Boxing/Kickboxing instructor. For the past 6 years I have been training/coaching clients the art of boxing and the amazing cardio that comes with it. Which helps with cardiovascular endurance, toning your body, weight loss etc. I have a background experience in Conditioning Coach for Distant Running( marathons, track, short races 5k, 10k)
What the session gets you is my full gear to training you properly. If you need gloves I recommend getting your own but do sanitizer and clean deep with all my equipment.
I also have 6 week Boxing Program that will take your boxing/conditioning to the next level if your looking into getting into a Training Programmer
