About Jackie
As an elite athlete, Two time Amateur Boxing World Champion, I have trained & competed in gymnastics, kickboxing, boxing and Krav Maga (as an instructor). My years of competition an training have given me the experiences necessary to motive and elevate competitive and non-competitive clients. I have 25+ years experience and pride myself on the results of my clients. More than a trainer but someone willing to take the journey with you and provide the level of support required for success. Whether self-defense, confidence building, weight loss is your goal or achieving and embracing a healthy lifestyle, together we can design the training regiment to meet your goals.
I enjoy.. Elevating and empowering others to be the best they can be... whether building confidence and skills to protect oneself, achieving strength and fitness goals..or weight loss.... no greater accomplishment than having this level of impact on one's journey.
Youth training in TaeKwondo, judo, Competitive in track, gymnastics, kick boxing and boxing, certified National personal trainer, level 3 USA Boxing coach, Certified Krav Maga instructor, Master trainer and curriculum developer for SparBar, 2x boxing world Champ...

Coach Jackie is not my first boxing trainer....and she is the best there is!! Her attention to form and technique is remarkable; whether you're training for a fight or just looking to stay fit she treats and teaches each boxer with the same level of attention. More than that she is a special soul that motivates and inspires people just by her very being. I have seen her change so many lives and we are all better off living in a world that she is a part of
