About Tracy M
I am passionate about health & fitness (especially boxing). By working out at Byrd’s Physique, you will receive on-on-one boxing instructions from a former 2x World boxing champion that hails from a family of champion boxers. Also, as a former police officer, I have knowledge and skills in self-defense for adults and youth, that I incorporate into the sessions. Youth, as well as their parents, will have fun as they exercise and learn how to box.
My motto, “Walk into the Byrd’s nest, come out flying!” Simply put, after a workout with Tracy Byrd, you will know you have learned THE ART OF BOXING.
i love fitness. I enjoy watching the transformation of people’s lives as they learn the art of boxing and make health & fitness a lifestyle! I make exercising fun and empowering.
40-year’s boxing (trained by father, 92-Olympic boxing coach Joe Byrd and is a part of the Byrd Boxing Family)

1. Access their Actions (what do you want to accomplish?)
2. Accesss their Attitude (current physical condition & attitude toward accomplishing their goal).
3. Access their Accomplishments (map out & monitor their workout).
