I loved to develop players and make the game fun and exciting for players. I loved to see players use what I taught them not only in basketball but off the court too.

I started in High school (unprofessionally) working with my brother and his friends. I would train people for fun. Once I finished college, I began training professionally for over 10 years now.

I started out training college players. I was a director for  both a Men's and Womens Certified Pro-Am leagues called King of Kings located in Utica NY. I jumped into coaching Youth at the High school level also in Utica NY. I started and became director a Boy's High School League called MYCC Sports Youth League out in Parsippany NJ. I trained at all levels to help me develop a better understanding oh how to train players at any age or skill level.

The typical Process for working with a new student is assessing the players foundation and where the player gaps are. Also understanding where the player wants to develop and their motivation. Once the assessment is complete, develop a timeline and coursework plan that the player is comfortable to committing to.

I've worked with players who never dribbled a basketball to players trying to compete for professional contracts.

Do your research and always feel comfortable with who you are working with, even if they are praised highly, they may not be best for you. Go with your Gut feeling.

Trainning Malick Kone at Rugters University with another Pro and working with players who want it. Another moment, is training my son and teaching him how to dribble.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Questions they need to ask are, how quickly can they turn my game around. What do they feel are areas you the player needs to develop in. How do they assess players. What equipment do they use generally for players. Where do they see a player such as (yourself) fundamentally needing to be. Have they worked with your age group. have they coached teams before.
