About Alyx
I love baking and being creative in the kitchen. I grew up with the biggest sweet tooth and wanted to make my own treats so I started with cookies and then grew to doing decorated cakes and plated desserts. I went to culinary school and I've worked at many hotels and bakeries. Even in my free time I'm baking and testing recipes and flavors for my website and small shop so I can share what I love to do with everyone!

I've worked in many bakeries and a pastry chef at hotels. I went to culinary school for baking and pastry as well. I'm mostly self taught in things that I really wanted to learn and have self published books.
