About Casey
Hello! I am a recent college grad with wide interests in various subject matter. I studied sociology and statistics while on a pre-med track, so I can offer assistance with various subjects from kiddos to high schoolers.
Since high school and throughout college I participated in a variety of tutoring volunteer activities--from elementary aged kids to ESL adults studying for the GRE. I am adaptable and flexible to learner needs, regardless of level or subject matter.

I like to start with a general informational interview with both the student and the parent(s) to discuss general needs and expectations. Some sessions require prep time in order to make the most out of the session, so typically the first encounter serves as a get-to-know you. My goals are to identify areas where students excel, where they may need some more TLC, and approaches that have or have not worked in the past. My goal is to help students not only survive their courses and reach learning aims, but also help them thrive.
