I love bringing out the best in each student.
After studying at MDCC with a major in Drama Education, I became the Founding Artistic Director of the CGYC Children’s Theatre. I designed and directed "The Wizard of Oz", "Stand and Deliver", "The Sound of Music" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" to name a few. I later went on to work with After School All-Stars. There, I earned much success as a theater programming developer and moved on to become the first ever drama teacher at Hebrew Academy.
For over twenty years, Adrian J Gutierrez has been a pioneer in the Thespian community. There, he earned much success as a theater programming developer and moved on to become the first ever drama teacher at Hebrew Academy. He is now the President and Producing Artistic Director of DulceArt Works, Inc. continuing his contribution to the theatre.

Working with AJ and The Theatre Institute of DulceArt, expanded my own knowledge of live theatre and how to be successful in directing, coaching and teaching.
