About Hannah
Hi there! I hope you enjoy fun ways to study and learn, because I LOVE LEARNING! I will teach you how to effectively study for tests, complete homework, and help with any subjects that may be tricky for you. I look forward to meeting you. :)
I was a teacher's aide in the special needs rooms in my last 3 years of high school. I got into childcare shortly afterwards and worked mostly with the school-age (5-12 years old) children.
I worked in childcare for 3 years and was a teacher's aide in high school.

1. We meet and discuss the areas in which you need the most help. We will talk about how you learn the best.
2. We work on the easiest for you first. That way, we know how you learn and how to improve.
3. We get to work on the hard stuff! It may take time, but it will be so worth it when you realize how great you are.
I have worked with children with mental, physical, behavioral, and learning disabilities/delays. I have also worked with children who simply find some subjects just really hard to click with.
Find someone who you click with. Find the teacher who understands what you're saying and what you mean. Find the teacher who knows that things will not always be easy for everyone. Every child is different and we cannot expect them to learn the same way.
I was working with my own child, and she just lit up when she finally understood her math problem. It made all the hard work and sleepless nights worth it.

Details
My rates are based on how long we need to work on certain areas. If you are recurring, the rates can be lowered slightly.
Examples:
1. Base Rate: $30/hour first 3 sessions
2. After first 3: $25/hour
3. Recurring students: $17/hour (must be enrolled for 3 months or more with 2 weekly sessions at MINIMUM)
