I am a TEFL-certified English tutor with over four years of teaching experience and a background in Communications Studies. I am passionate about helping learners improve their English, communicate confidently, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

I understand that learning a new language can sometimes feel challenging, so I create a friendly, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and practising at their own pace. My lessons are designed to help students develop practical English language skills in a friendly, supportive, and engaging manner. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each learner’s needs, goals, and pace.
I use a student-centred approach that encourages active participation and practical learning. My lessons may include guided conversations, reading exercises, grammar practice, vocabulary building, listening activities and writing tasks. I encourage students to ask questions, practise freely, and learn from their mistakes.
For students preparing for IELTS, I focus on developing the four key language skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. I also help learners understand the test format, practise relevant question types, improve their time management, and develop effective examination strategies.
Lessons typically last 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's level, learning objectives, and availability. Each lesson includes clear learning goals, guided practice, feedback, and recommendations for further improvement.
I have a TEFL certificate and have four years of teaching experience, working with children and supporting learners in developing their English language skills. My background in Communications Studies has also strengthened my understanding of effective communication. I have additionally supported learners with IELTS preparation and continue to develop my knowledge of IELTS teaching.
My lessons are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults who want to improve their English. Whether you are a beginner learning the basics, a student improving your school English, an adult seeking better communication skills, or an IELTS candidate preparing for an examination, I will work with you towards your individual goals.
