I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I’m patient and encouraging, while still holding students accountable for their learning. I break difficult skills into manageable steps and use clear explanations, modeling, guided practice, and feedback to help students understand not just the answer, but how to get there independently. My goal is for students to leave each session feeling more confident than when they started.
