About Caitlin
I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Clarion University. I have worked with children ages 6 weeks-grade6. I have also learned many techniques for reaching each individual learner. Behavior management is a skill that I have learned and am able to apply effectively.

I believe teaching children is more than just teaching academics. I think it is modeling core values as well, such as, respect, honesty, and compassion for others. I believe in holding students accountable for their actions and mistakes in an appropriate manner in the classroom and encourage them to do the same outside of it.
