About Renee
Taekwondo has been more than just a sport for me—it is a testament to perseverance, discipline, and the power of hard work. I proved that hard work matters more than talent when I became a national champion in just five months, a milestone that shaped my belief that dedication can overcome any obstacle.
As a former national champion turned instructor, I have dedicated my journey to empowering students through martial arts, helping them develop confidence, leadership, and resilience. One of my proudest moments was guiding Sharinya Vignesh Kumar from SMK(P) Sri Aman to achieve the Best Extracurricular Award, reflecting the values of perseverance and self-growth that I strive to instill in my students.
My passion for teaching extends beyond borders—I have trained international students from the UK, US, Korea, and China, embracing the challenge of bridging cultures through Taekwondo. Teaching online has reinforced my belief that martial arts transcend distance, allowing me to inspire and guide students worldwide.
Beyond shaping individuals, I have developed and coached athletes for various competitions, watching them evolve from eager beginners to determined competitors. Additionally, my role in content marketing for a Taekwondo club has helped spread awareness of the sport, allowing more people to experience its transformative impact.
