About Mia
I am an Art History and philosophy student with high experience of competitive kitchen based environment. Coming from a long line of experienced chefs and having first hand experience working as the catering assistant in the restaurant kitchen based environment makes me competent enough for the job.

My methodology is to start of easy and then build up towards something more complicated. Of course, I will work toward and by student demands, but essential knowledge is key. I will work with students on understanding, interpreting and even tweaking recipes. My aim is to ease them into experimenting, as it is the best way to learn your way around the kitchen and cooking. Experimenting with ingredients is the best way to learn what goes together, as well as trying out different temperatures, methods,...
In the end I want to make this a fun course, not something that people should dread. Primarily, this course is perfect for students with zero or moderate knowledge of cooking, as it will give them incentive to try something other then store bought sauce and romaine, or canteen food, as well as for people who know their way around kitchen and want to learn their way around recipes pertaining to healthy ingredients as well as to simply share recipes.

Mia has the talent to think of all kinds of different recipies, it's not even real. I love her energy and imagination.
