About Lara
I am a 24 year old Chemistry Master's graduate, and I live in Brighton, and have worked as a tutor throughout my studies and after.
I believe in the importance of tailoring the lesson for the individual. I am an approachable, friendly and hard working individual, with lots of practice communicating STEM subjects in a way that is accessible to all.
A levels: Chemistry A, Biology A, Maths A, Extended Project Research Qualification B.

I have been planning and teaching one-to-one lessons, often in the lead up to exams, with high success rates since 2017. My main subject is Chemistry, but I have tutored children and young adults of a variety of ages and abilities, in a variety of subjects: Chemistry (up to and including university level), Maths (up to and including A level), English as a foreign language (I am a native speaker, and have taught primary children) and Piano (grades 1-3). I have strong understanding of Python and MATLAB coding languages, attained through work, and would love to have the opportunity to teach this also!
