I recently graduated from NC State University with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. I have been a tutor for the past 4 years. I can tutor online or in person. The courses I have tutored at the college level are physics, biology, chemistry, statistics, calculus, anatomy/physiology, organic chemistry, biochemistry and precalculus. I also tutor, AP biology, AP Statistics, AP chemistry/biology, math 1, 2, 3, precalculus, AP Calculus AB/BC, AFM, geometry, trigonometry and regular/honors biology and chemistry. I'm willing to negotiate the hourly rate! In addition to the above mentioned courses I also tutor elementary, and middle school science, reading and writing. In addition to this I have also worked at Mathnasium where I interacted with kids of all age groups and abilities. While volunteering for Boys and Girls club during my college years I gained a lot of experience working with elementary school kids. I have also helped high school students prepare for SATs and ACTs. All of my students have seen an improvement of about 200-300 points in their SAT scores and a 7-10 point increase in their ACT scores. Please let me know if you are interested.
