Build Confidence in Mathematics and Statistics With a Patient, Experienced Tutor
I am a dedicated and approachable tutor with a strong academic background in Biostatistics and Applied Statistics. I focus on making difficult concepts simple, practical, and understandable while creating a comfortable environment where students can ask questions without hesitation.
My goal is not just to help students get the right answer, but to help them understand how and why the solution works. I am patient, reliable, and committed to adapting each lesson to the student's individual learning pace and goals.

I believe mathematics and statistics become much easier when concepts are explained clearly and connected to real-life examples. I first identify the student’s current level and areas of difficulty, then build lessons step by step from the basics to more challenging problems. I encourage students to ask questions, work through problems themselves, and learn from mistakes rather than simply memorizing formulas.
My lessons typically last 60–90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and topic. I combine explanation, worked examples, guided practice, and independent exercises, with regular feedback to track progress.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biostatistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) and am pursuing an MSc in Applied Statistics. I have experience working with statistical analysis, data management, and quantitative methods.
I teach high school and university students, as well as anyone who wants to strengthen their mathematics, statistics, probability, or data-analysis skills.
