I worked as a 6th grade special education teacher, covering science, social studies, math and language arts for five years. I have also worked as a tutor for more than 3 years. I am a certified teacher who is eligible to teach any core subject grades k-8.

My approach to teaching and tutoring is meeting the student at their level. This means analyzing needs and strengths, then engaging the student in activities that will keep them interested. I think that learning should be fun, not boring. I strive to make my lessons interesting and unique!

David is patient and fun but also knows how to keep kids engaged so that the learn in the process. My son was able to get his grades back up to A’s and sustain them the following school year.
