About Warrick
I previously qualified as a Sports rehabber from UWE with 2.1 honors gaining experience from placements at Hartpury college and Bristol rugby club. I then worked in a private physiotherapy practice before getting military work at Headley Court as a exercise rehabilitation instructor (ERI).
I wanted to further my work in this field so went back to uni and studied physiotherapy at Bournemouth Uni again qualifying with 2.1 honors. Since then I have worked in the MoD for the last 2.5 years a band 6 MSk physio where I see numerous injuries from chronic and acute traumatic to complex and challenging.
I have an interest in the rehabilitation of injuries and enjoy the progression from acute to return to play.
I have helped sports therapy students improve their clinical and theoretical knowledge whilst working with a rugby team as part of their placements. I have been involved in mentoring within our course structure and continue to help fellow therapists.

I have a physio degree and sport rehabilitation degree so can accommodate a wide variety of study areas.
I approach each topic by trying to improve my students practical implementation of the evidence - we deal with people not books. I have always learned better myself by applying knowledge to scenarios and I feel strongly that learning needs to improve efficacy in real life situations.
I will try to bring learning back to the basics and I will often use case studies because they offer a chance to challenge my students clinical reasoning.
I can help a wide range of studies - I am more than happy to explore areas that need working on specific to your needs and to help develop knowledge of anatomy, testing and treatments.
