About Kristian
With years of experience in Semi-Professional athletics from around the world competing as a 400m/ 200m sprinter. I am currently being trained and mentored by Olympic and world champion sprinter Linford Christie on my journey to becoming an Olympic athlete and reach my athletic potential as a sportsman. I believe in training not just the body, but the mind to be more capable in achieving your fitness goals and being the best version of yourself possible.

Perfect! My 8 year old son has been having sessions with Kristian to help improve his running technique and confidence. I have seen a massive improvement after only a couple of sessions. Kris relates to my son very well and uses a mix of drills to work on different aspects of movement. He knows his stuff and draws upon his own experience as a runner to target specific areas. He explains the rationale behind what he is doing which really helps. I would highly recommend him.
